Hiya! I hope your weekend has started off well. Mine has. Today I’m brining you Celestial Cosmetics June LE. I took these photos last week so annoyingly I still have that cut on my middle finger. It’s healing up nicely now. This month’s LE is based on the June birthstone alexandrite and wow, it’s a superb polish. I have nothing like it in my collection. From what I’ve read about alexandrite, it shows red, green and orange-yellow and was the national stone of tsarist Russia. Incredible!

As you can see, the June LE is mainly red, but in person it has a duochrome effect where it shifts from red to a purple-blue. In the sun you can also see the wonderful holo effect it has and the red and green microglitter. This is one complex polish! I’ve applied two coats with a top coat of Celestial Cosmetics Solar Ray Quick Dry Top Coat. This was a lovely polish to wear, I really enjoyed having it on and although there’s a bit of holo in it, the application was lovely and smooth and the polish felt really “light” on, if that makes sense?
