An oldie but a goodie: Revlon Polar Pink

Hello! Today, as the title suggests, I bring you my oldest nail polish: Revlon Polar Pink. This was part of a Christmas present from my sister one year… I think it was perhaps 1999? It used to be my second oldest nail polish, I had a brown-nudeish Covergirl nail polish given to me by my aunty one year, but I threw it out. That’s right, I threw it out! Why would I do that? I guess because I was just a kid. But moving on.

Polar Pink is a sheer pink with a blue shimmer. It’ll require undies so what you see is two coats of Polar Pink over two coats of Sally Hansen First Blush. It’s a stunning polish. When I was younger I wore it without undies and it’s really pretty without a colour underneath, but looking at the pictures now I think I prefer it with undies.

See its cool bottle? You don’t see Revlon bottles like that anymore. Those rings on the lid are long gone. And while it says “top speed” I didn’t find it all that speedy.

While I can’t exactly catch it in my photos, the blue shimmer is really pretty. Every time I looked down at my nails they were looking up at me saying, “Hello Haylee, aren’t I gorgeous?”.

I’m glad I got to show you this polish. If you ever stumble upon it, I say it’s worth a try! Thanks for reading!
