Sportsgirl Nail It! Speckled Mint

*Nothing to disclose

Hello! Today I have to show you the second Sportsgirl Nail It! polish I picked up more than a week back. The first one I showed is called Speckled Lilac, which I showed you here.  Like Speckled Lilac, Speckled Mint is a creme base with glitter in it. It’s pretty much a dupe for Speckled Lilac, except that Speckled Mint is a green base (I am confusing myself with the two similar names!).

This polish has a very summery feel to it, which I think I mentioned with Speckled Lilac, so I find it strange Sportsgirl has released it in the middle of winter. Maybe for like me it doesn’t care about what gets worn when? Speckled Mint the exact same multi-coloured square glitters of blue, red, yellow and green and teeny tiny purple-ish/pink-ish iridescent glitter like Speckled Lilac and is opaque in two coats. Did Sportsgirl say, “Hey! This looks great. Why not make it both lilac and mint? But let’s not change the glitter”.

  1. I just bought this today and I’m in love. I think I’ll be back for the lilac version too. I don’t really mind that they’re samey-same, since the bases are so wonderfully different. How long did your mani last?

    • They’re really beautiful polishes individually so now I’m glad I got both. I only wore each for a couple of days so I all I know is that it lasts a couple of days, ha ha. If you use a good top coat though I reckon you could get a week out of it, the formula seemed to be very smooth, especially if you wrap the free edge.

Please leave a comment! I read every one and always reply.
