Hello! Today I have a quick post for you to show you some nail art I wore in the past week. It was inspired by I post I saw on Pshiiit. I wanted to do my own take using some polishes I bought recently – Sinful Colors Let’s Talk and Sinful Colors Boom Boom.

When I put Boom Boom on top of Let’s Talk it kind of did this thing where it absorbed into the purple polish. Boom Boom is a bright pink so I thought this was odd. An interesting effect though. I used a Manicare nail art pen in silver to outline the moon.

I really like doing a moon manicure with the nail exposed. My nails look dressed up, yet a bit natural. Plus it’s relatively easy – base coat, nail guide sticker, one colour, striper, second polish for lines and top coat. Done! OK, so you need a steady hand. My right hand was a but average. Can you see how Boom Boom disappeared into Let’s Talk? It’s so weird, hey?!

Well, I’m off now but happy last day of June and I’ll see you in the new financial year! (My husband’s had an affect on me, working for the Australian Tax Office and all). Thanks for reading!

  1. It’s a gorgeous colour, and the sun hitting it really shows off its shimmer. I think you did a great job with the nail striper.
