Stamping nail art with glitter & matte finish

Hello! Today I have some relatively easy nail art to show you. I used my nails from yesterday, Sinful Colors Gorgeous, and then used Revlon Knockout to stamp at houndstooth pattern from Vivid Lacquer’s VL005 stamping plate, which can be bought on Etsy. I was then just going to put on Rimmel London Lycra Pro Matte Finish on top, but I thought why not add some glitter!? So, I put on Savvy by DB Purple Viking on top but I don’t think it achieved the look I was going for, I think the glitter pieces had to be bigger. What do you think?

So yeah, next time I think I would definitely do it without the glitter and just keep it simple, or use a chunkier glitter.

The above photo was taken with flash. My skin is almost translucent there! Ha ha. Tomorrow is Saturday so I am heading into Hobart’s CBD to finally check out City Organics and see what kind of butter LONDON colours it has. At AU$22 I’ll probably only limit myself to one… for now! Also this weekend I want to show you the comparison between Sinful Colors Gorgeous and Covergirl Constant Caribbean. And some other stuff if I get time! So a busy weekend ahead for me.

Let me know what you think of my stamping. Have a relaxing weekend. Thanks for reading!
